Produced Segments
Not everything comes in a nice, neat, little package. It's my job to take the content and make it look good. Here you will find a variety of segments I've produced for my anchors in the field and newsmaker guests we've brought in to enhance the days stories. Please click here if you're looking for newscasts. And feel free to contact me with any questions or critiques.

Political Analyst on RNCKCRA has a commitment to giving our viewers the most in-depth political coverage of any station in the market. This is a segment I produced with a local analyst. I think it does a good job of looking forward, while giving a viewers a good understanding of what they may have missed with Paul Ryan's speech without feeling old. Everything in this segment is about looking ahead.

British EnglishThere are thousands of stories at the Olympics that don't involve sports. My anchor was reporting for the Olympics. She was able to do bonus hits for us from London. We had this great picture of my other anchor from four years ago that we wanted to incorporate. We figured we highlight the subtle differences between Americans and the British and what better way to do it then find the way the Brits say swimsuit.

Stump the ReporterHere's another example of an enterprised idea between me and my anchor in London. She put questions on her station facebook page and then we used them to "stump" her. This is a good example of how I am able to incorporate what we use on our other screens into newscasts.
